Blackberry Week In Review
Week of 4-26-9:
So, we had a lot go on this past week in the world of Blackberry devices. The Blackberry Storm 9530 & 9500 had their Operating Software leaks, namely: 4.7.0.141.
Telus Mobility said "GO" to 4.7.0.122 and made it their Official OS for the Storm.
We had some first look pictures of the new Curve 8520 (Gemini) with mixed emotions from the public; The optical trackball seems to be a positive move in design that many are looking forward to, however, the absence of 3G created a negative stir amongst the masses.
In the world of Third-party Applications, BlackberryOS got us hooked on Air Traffic Controller, Pandora announced that they now officially support WIFI, and Slacker Radio exceeded one million downloads.
With Themes, Drukan improved upon his already awesome Blue Goo with version 2!
Rellims is still going strong introducing his newest brainstorms mastering the themes too.
Lastly, we heard a plethora of rumors from several different sources.
We have the Blackberry Tour to look forward to possibly in July, The Blackberry Curve 8900 coming to AT&T in June, and...wait for it...Verizon to finally have an Over The Air update to come this month, in the first few weeks of May(be).
