Thread: The truth about HTC Touch pro 2 release

Ok here is the truth about the touch pro 2 release. Yes it releases tomorrow but sorry to tell you the stores will not be receiving them. It is available on friday through De-fulfillment only meaning that the phone will have to be sent to your house. This is what the status is as of now. It may change but just letting everyone know the truth so no one is disappointed. The reps may say that we dont sell it yet but they do just tell them you were told that it would have to be ordered to your house.

No problem always my pleasure to share. Kinda funny though i posted it also on crackberry and all im receiving is 21 questions and all kind of nonsense about it.

Yes this is for verizon right now. I am off today so it might have been updated but when i checked yesterday it still stated de-fulfillment only at launch

So if people order, when would they get it, per vzw? (is it their new way of making early money?)

They should get it the next day or monday since its through fed ex. This date hold true if verizon has inventory of the phone that is. I didnt check the warehouse inventory to see how much they had.

I did see a review of this phone over at Cnet and I must say it looked pretty nice. I am sure many VZW customers will be happy with it, when it arrives.

Doesn't look very sexy to me.
