We veteran BlackBerry users stick with BlackBerry not only because they still offer one of the most secure systems which are supported by many corporations as their communication solution, but they sync'd with Outlook. I believe BlackBerry did themselves and their users a disservice when they released the z10 without this capability. First their BlackBerry Link did not support 2way sync. We waited months for BlackBerry Link to be upgraded only to find out that the z10 OS needed to be at V10.1. Verizon's z10 are only at V10.0......aggggh!
So now we wait again...BlackBerry wonders why users are upset?
I am posting this at your Verizon site because I hope Verizon is smart enough to monitor these sites to see what users are taking about.
Verizon needs to communicate with their users and let us know when to expect their upgrade to V10.1.
2way sync was and remains a MUST. It is not just another app or capability.
