Is anyone else unable to login to the BIS website on their PC. This has been going on for a few days now, having my user name/password rejected but it is exactly as I have it on my device (which does update). Then, if I request assistance on the sign in page, it says it successfully sent my password to my device but I never receive it. (by the way, if I try to create a new account via the pc, it says I already exist).
