    there are alot of variables to that... so I would not bet or count on it... i would just wait and see what happens.. but i would expect another storm 1

I have to close and re open media player for it to work. Than more often than not after playing a few songs it just stops all together. With the problem I'm having will Verizon replace my phone? If so would they give me another refurb or could I ask for a new one?

    It will be a refurb unless they have nothing else on hand... But trust me they have lots of refurbs. Best advice I could give you is to walk into a store and make them go through the refurbs until you find one you like. Check and make sure the screen clicks correctly and it has no other obvious problems.

    On a side note... This actually sounds more like an OS problem... So what OS are you running?

    This sounds like an OS problem. There have been several reports of the media pausing and having to go through the same steps as you to make it work. So which OS and or hybrid are you running?

    In the sacramento, ca area they typically make anywhere from 70 to 100k per year depending on location and sales numbers. with the economy taking a major hit they are averaging around 70 to 80. In 07' they were grossing in the 90 to100k range in busy locations with decent quotas.

    Is tetherberry legal to use according to Verizon's contract, is tetherberry good, is there any way to upgrade to a new phone before your contract is up but without having to pay like 700$ for a new phone, and is there any way to just open up another 10$ a month #, switch your number with that number so that you have the upgrade and are able to get a new phone early?
