    Hi jnepsa,
    I have Tetherberry and use it very rarely maybe an hour or two a week, never go over the 5mb or even ever close, I understand tethering is a no no but assume in an emergency its a great program for example reviewing a contract that I cant read on my phone, as long as i stay under the radar am i ok or do they notice those hour long use surges??????

    I'm currently on a Select Family plan with 5 phones. 2 phones are Blackberry Storms and I'm paying an extra $30/ea for unlimited data. Would I save money by going to the connect plan? Thanks

    you will be fine. There are two things you want to avoid. 1) going over the 5GB. 2) large changes in usage under 5GB i.e.- if you normally average 1.5GB of use per month, then in a month you go to 3 or more GB, That has triggered some red flags lately. If its something you want to start using more, take your time working up higher.

    No, we were actually talking about this earlier. In the future there may be a plan that comes out to have multiple blackberrys at a set price like family share for BB. As of currently even if you go on the connect or premium plan you will still have to carry the BB package on your two phones.

    can you please list for me all your plan details... what plan, features included, insurance, ringback tones, subscrptions(like vznav, or visual voicemail).

    P.S. I have insurance on 1 phone only, my son has lost/broke his phone 3 times with no insurance.

    Been with Verizon since July of 08 and I have just been given the ok to get a new phone at the new every 2 price. So a new storm for example will be $99.00. My question is I don’t understand how long I am extending my contract, just 2 full years more total right? I haven't seen an e.t.f. above $175.00 and that is for two year contracts. I have no intention of cancelling; just want to understand what I am getting into. The rep that did this for me said to use my $100.00 off wisely since they ne2 deal will change soon to 30/70 or something. I want to use this upgrade for one of that new berry’s that might be coming out. Thanks, Rudy

    I agree with Bryan, no one can beat their customer service Their new every two is every 2 years, but they can also offer a discounted price on phones after one year.

    Yes this is just another 2 year contract. And actually the NE2 credits have changed already for new upgrades, and customers. They will 30 for single line and 50 for family primary. So Yes MAKE SURE you are getting what you want this go round. And for all of you.. If you are on a qualifing price plan you can upgrade after one year every year just usually no NE2, and guys really VZW CSR..they have all the power. Really just remember that.

    as long as your base plan is more than 59.99 single line and 79.99 family yes you can upgrade after one year
