    Actually u can get song I'd but doesntwork well with the storm yet. Bdube posted it here. I'm mobile so can't get it. That is rim's doing. Because of app world nd blackberry made apps vcast would have sucked for bb anyhow. But rim wanted their stuff type deal...I've been drinkin hope this helps tom is my bday.

    Great thread, I have a question regarding the screen on my Storm. I bought the phone Jan. 8th 2009 and had it replaced within the 30 day trial for dust under the screen. The replacement was conducted at my local Verizon store. The second Storm has a screen with alot of play in it and seems to be getting worse. You can hear the screen move from side to side if you shake it and if you simply put your thumb on the screen and move it side to side it moves several millimeters.

    I did have a problem with the screen not depressing correctly in the lower corners so here is where my question comes in, I read about the screw adjustment trick which I had to remove the Red sticker, this did fix the pressing problem but you can tell the sticker is not perfect, some of it ripped a little bit.

    If I wanted to request a replacement phone due to the excessive screen movement would I run into a problem when the phone was inspected and if someone could tell I tampered with the red sticker would I end up getting a bill for the replacement phone or not.

    It really isn't a huge deal but I just thought I would ask since this thread existed. I can live with it but it's one of those things that really isn't right. I got a storm for my Dad when he retired and his screen barely moves and doesn't make the noise my does. I have tried the paper on the battery trick and guitar picks, this used to work but now it doesn't do a thing.

    Your best option in that situation is to call CS on the phone let them trouble shoot and send you out another phone. I had done the same thing when I worked at a different location, and I still had to call CS they sent me a new one and no problems.. Hope this helps

    Ok, thanks for the advice. My biggest concern is the removal and resetting of the red sticker that I did and since you can tell it had been ripped, if that would cause any problems for me.
