I wouldnt even mention the insurance since its 3rd. party and they should replace it under the manufacturers warranty which is a year without charge and have you return the defective one (all prepaid at least thru VZW). I called VZW a couple weeks ago complaining about dust under the screen but that i liked my phone and didnt want to replace it unless it got real bad, they said if it got worse and i wanted a replacement that they have it noted in my account and i have up to a year to replace it and i do not have insurance. Just an FYI, only use you're insurance card if the problem is you're fault (like throwing it up against a wall because your aggraveted :angryfire:hone:
