are you eligible to get a different phone of your choice? I remember when i had my Moto Q with alltel, they offered me the option of picking another phone to its equal value once i had like 4-5 replacements. Does verizon does this? is it under the small fine print somewhere?
Also, i have an 8330 that is giving me problems, i just added that line a few months ago so the phone still under warranty. Does verizon have any more of those Phones or will they replace them with the new Curve?
After your 3rd replacement, Verizon should offer you the option to select a different phone model.
As for the 8330, they will usually have reserve stocks of either new or refurbished older models to give you as a replacement (and you may have to get it from VZW Customer Service rather than a store). Unless they have completely run out, they will only offer you the same phone as a replacement.

Well, I haven't got the strength to go complain about my storm and the dead click on my surepress screen..ugh...tried the little tip about putting those round tabs under the battery, but no go, I guess I could try, but hate getting turned down and talked to like I am trying to get something for free.
