    Now that I am on a VZW plan (was Alltel conversion customer), my prl is the new 65108. Everything about my phone is running better with this prl.

    I have not called Verizon yet since I am running a leak. Any ideas anyone? I'm desperate. :aargh4:

    If you are on a standard Verizon PRL nothing will help you in the hybrid PRL department. The hybrid PRL was originally intended for people switching from Alltel to provide better signal. Now, in areas with little Verizon coverage (or, during tower upgrades/changeovers) you can be placed on the hybrid PRL. Call *611, Option 3 (Tech Support) and tell them you'd like to be placed on the hybrid PRL. It takes 24-48 hours to update on your device once the push is set up in the system. I found it usually hits my device within a few hours. UNLESS I have Nepperz pull some strings. Then? 20 minutes.

    Very odd,
    I saw the updated prl to 51803 have been trying for a couple of days in Central NJ and wont update. In the meantime,told my wife to try with her 8330 curve and she updated on the first try. Im jealous and she keeps showing off!! What can I do??:aargh4:

    Personally? I would call and make sure your line is also on the hybrid. It's not set up by account, but by line.
