I see why att want to sue VZ. They are hitting them hard.

But by the time ATT wins the lawsuit though Verizon will have already made their point. Between these adds and the Droid ones I don't know what ATT can do to fight back OTHER than get all legal on VZW. These adds are HI-larious!!!

Exactly. Verizon used a 3rd party to record 3G coverage. So Verizon can't be held liable for what a research firm found as evidence of a sucky ass network.

Verizon doesn't even really compete against ATT. They compete with the iPhone.

Yeah, they are getting sued but AT&T won't win it. If you read the paper that came out, they are claiming that VZW is saying that the map showed is for ALL of the coverage offered by AT&T. However, ALL of the VZW ads clearly show that it is JUST for the 3G coverage areas.
