Thread: Is creating a Theme Difficult?

I just got caught up on this thread and I was also looking to create a theme(s) as well, so where does everyone get their icons? I'm creative, but not that creative to hand design icons.

There are plenty of free icon packs out there for download. I would recommend getting a good resizing program (I use VSO image re sizer) and if you don't have photo shop gimp is a good free editing program. I typically modify icons already built because I'm not good at hand creating theme either.

I found it addicting, like loading new OS's....I started this thread less than 2 months ago and have 8 themes under my belt now.
