Is a scrolling home screen possible with Storm?

Does anyone know or have they tried making an svg that would allow home screen scrolling(like the App Screen) on a Storm?
Haven't had much time today to research this yet, but I real quickly made an svg with 28 icons, 7 rows of 4, and imported a 360 x 960 png in to it and ran it through Theme Builder, just to see if anything would happen and surprisingly neither program spit out any kind of errors. Of course it didn't scroll when I tried it in the simulator. I'm sure that would be due to the svg needing some extra coding or modding, if it's even possible.

    TIA

I have a theme that has a sudo scrolling, you will need to create hidden hotspots that will allow the scroll but it is not a true scroll.
