Thread: Can hybrid OS be loaded to Storm Emulator?

I know RIM has an emulator for the Storm that can be downloaded, but does anyone know if you can load a hybrid on to the OS of the emulator?? Does that make sense??

I tried with .132 before .148 sim was released and could not get it to work.. was always .75.. I dont know that you can, I would want to think the theme creators woudl have loaded .151 on it and fixed the problem directly over changing things and trying it on a phone but maybe they did

I tried loading my current hybrid (7.1.4), but that hybrid is based off the 151 radio. The sim uses 148 as its radio and I'm not sure how to change the radio in the sim. I'll keep trying...

It is not possible to upgrade the OS on a simulator. You can download a newer simulator. That is the best you can hope for.
