OS .151 Solution Thread

So we may have found the solution to the OS .151 compatibility issue with the help of Scurvy. Before I post what it is, I need some people who are using all the different hybrids and such to test my theme out below. Thanks!

.151 Test OTA

*Works for Most Themes*
Developers:Under the app icon screen, click on the words "Icon Font" and click set to default. DO NOT touch it after this. This is what is causing the storm to not be able to load the app screen on the .151 OS.

This is reported as a fix that works on most but not all themes. This status is subject to change.

Will try it out right now.

Work fine for me. I am using BBcrackman's hybrid v7.1.2 using the SFI from 132

This will be great if you can figure out what it is. I think there is more to it than just one thing though. I found a solution for the last theme I made. But the solution didnt work for Bryan's wife's theme.

On my theme if I changed the app menu font it would become incompatible with 151. Change it back to default and boom, worked fine. But it didn't work for Bryan's theme. Weird stuff.:02:

Mine have always used the default app fonts and they still dont work...

Brandon seems to have solved the 151 issue with his Crystal Clear themes.

Test out his new Tropic CC theme and make sure it works on your OS:

With the help of Scurvy, we may have found a solution...RIGHT below this paragraph is an OTA link for Crystal Clear Tropic. I don't use .151 so I can't test it but I'd love all your input as to what OS's work and what don't. Thanks!

Well, that previous theme didn't work for .151 and all I did was set the app icon font on the app screen to default and boom it worked. So idk....

So do you think Nu Black will work with this solution because before it was incompatible with 151.

OK, so it's the same fix that I found. But it doesn't work for everyone. Tron says he uses the default app font as well. There is still something else there.:disappointed:
