Image not showing in exported theme

First of all I have to say I am not an experienced theme developer and thus I do not know composer or theme builder very well. However I am a programmer and learn quickly and welcome any suggestions.

This is my first attempt at making a theme and I created a 12 icon wheel which transitions from button to button etc in a nice fashion. I coded the wheel in the svg file and it works very well! (144 lines of svg code just for the wheel :crazy:)

I wanted to create a 'container' as a background for the wheel so it would stand out. I created a png file from photoshop and imported it into compser. I placed the image in a layer called BG and then exported the SVG. I then imported the SVG into theme builder. Theme builder see's the image and displays it on the preview screen but when I export the theme the image is not present.

The weird thing is when it loads it on the device and prompts you to activate it, it shows u the image in the preview window too..but when activated it is not there...

I tested it both in the 9780 simulator and directly on my device!?
I am using Theme Studio 6.0 Beta 2.

Any suggestions?

A couple things...

- Make sure that when you export the svg file from composer that the option for images is set for png format.
- You may want to try and add a transparent bottom layer without anything in it, below any other layers you have in composer.

I did eventually get it to work. The option was set for png format. I rasterized the layer and it worked....now I can't get the hidden today to work..I have checked the today in theme builder and set my navigation but when I focus on the calendar nothing is displayed..in fact when I navigate up to where the hidden today should be from the calendar it goes right to profiles like it doesn't exist...the icon is 'use device application order' which I set in composer and even when I specify calendar it still doesn't work. I created a blank theme with 1 calendar button and a hidden today to see if it was a themebuilder bug but that worked fine...wat could be the problem?
