Thread: Theme Studio 6 Beta 1 Released!

This one flew under the radar in another article and might be of interest to you theme addicts. At Devcon 2010, RIM released Theme Studio Beta 1 for the theme developers out there. Unfortunately, it only supports theming for the Torch 9800 and not the Bold 9650 or any device which have OS 6 leaked. Hopefully, as more carriers begin to release and support OS6, we will begin to see an update version of Theme Studio. Another interesting thing to note is that a lot of developers are already putting out themes for the Torch, so expect to see some Torch themes reviewed tomorrow by JRod.

Unfortunetely you will not be able to make themes for OS 7 devices unless you know how to modify the Themes, which can be a long process.

However, you can still make themes for OS 6, 5 devices. Here is a good place to start... https://developer.blackberry.com/the.../documentation
