Unfortunately you cant. You need the theme file for what ever theme you are trying to manipulate.

What theme are you looking to import? I may have something similar I could shoot over so you can mess around with it.

Just so you know, once a theme is exported into a format to be applied to the phone it cannot be manipulated in any way. This is mostly in part because of the process of making them, but also so that people that use the program cant just take work that some one else made and change it or make it thier own. If your interesting in creating a theme there are many of us that have alot of knowledge and are more than willing to help get u started! Also there are many many tutorials on CB that explain in great detail the process. (just expect to spend ALOT of time sifting and reading!!)

lol no actually i was going to try and look at something for the guy that made it but he found his files so no biggie, and drukan i will probably be hitting you up aonce i get stuff caught up i want to start getting into this i have started downloading some starter guides and been playing with it as well thank you though/.
