    Animated Dock 95XX Theme

    Hey guys,
    I have never been one to do animated themes but I figured with all that extra app memory on the Storm 2 I might as well try it out and see how it goes. I've got a minor background in coding and have this code so far pasted into the bottom of my .svg:

    Code:
    <animateTransform xlink:href=”#Layer_1? id=”_anim_bbd1? attributeName=”transform” type=”translate”
    to=”0,46? dur=”0.5s”
    fill=”freeze”
    begin=”show.focusin”
    />
    <animateTransform xlink:href=”#Layer_1? id=”_anim_bbd2? attributeName=”transform” type=”translate”
    to=”0,-326? dur=”0.5s”
    fill=”freeze”
    begin=”hide.focusin”
    />
    </svg>
    but whenever i save it and open it in theme builder i get this error:

    Code:
    an exception occurred! Type:UTFDataFormatException, Message:invalid byte1 (") of a 1-byte sequence
    Any ideas???

    Not knowing a whole lot about coding, I just simply read over it making sure you closed out commands and dotted your I's and what not, and from what I can tell it looks solid, so if I had to guess it's probably they way it's being saved??

    "Type:UTFDataFormatException" I know when I'm using windows notepad and I save a piece of code, it's bad to "booger" things up where as when I'm using gedit in linux it will keep to the format.

    Might try using a different text editor like "Wordpad" unless your using Plazmic or some other software and I would have to say in that case.... I have no idea lol

    Sorry I couldn't be more help!

    Well I'm trying to move a layer from the top to just a little above the bottom. Its a slide out dock. I think it might be something in the saving of it. I'm gonna work on it some more.

    What are those "?"s in the code? Don't think they belong there.

    The correct code should be as follows:

    <animateTransform xlink:href="#Layer_1" id="_anim_bbd1" attributeName="transform" type="translate"
    to="0,46" dur="0.5s"
    fill="freeze"
    begin="show.focusin"
    />

    <animateTransform xlink:href="#Layer_1" id="_anim_bbd2" attributeName="transform" type="translate"
    to="0,-326" dur="0.5s"
    fill="freeze"
    begin="hide.focusin"
    />

    Also don't forget the button names are case sensitive.

    You hit the nail on the head here. I guess those question marks were the problem. Thank you very much for your help!
