Exclamation HOTSPOT ISSUE : Problem Found!!!

    I FOUND THE PROBLEM!!!!!

So I managed to fix it with one of my themes.. but this isn't the best way to fix and I cant fix it on other themes because my themes are designed to not use it for a reason...

It is the Full Screen Banner Option, Uncheck and make sure stuff is not outside the boundries... this will fix it but you cant really fix themes that have to use the full screen look like my droid theme...

the reason its messing things up is when you make it the whole screen it is stretching the parameters of the hotspot defaults so in turn are going right over your defined locations of your objects...

Im glad to know the problem..granted there is not a fix..now I can call up RIM and email, whatever I have to do to fix this issue... that means im close to helping everyone out in the theme world and helping the people who matter most in WJD Designs - MY CUSTOMERS...

    Till then - Good Luck

yup yup no prob.. it is what I DO - just hope it wont take long for RIM to help us with this..patch it up... its a fact that they have "Full Screen" as an option in theme builder and there is no where we are doing anything to make anything bad happen...

So that leads me to believe that this is a justifiable bug that needs to be fixed... Now if there was something in the SVG doing this it was user made then I could see why RIM wouldn't be as snappy to it... I did send an email to them and haven't got much back granted it was a few days ago... im just kinda in awe because I have like within 24-48 hr customer support and im just one dude with 100 emails a day haha...

So ill enlighten them with a call since I am a developer through them now and use my code (because you need one to speak to their techs ) or you have to pay a fee lol...

I honestly thing this will get fixed... and im glad I got to the gritty of it...

That's cool you found what happened here its been driving me nuts. Sad to hear I can't fix it as I would like on all my themes. I did move the default hot spots away from icons and it works that way. But kinda defeats the point of the while screen option like you said.

It appears that if the clock and connections is moved above the "banner line" you can have other items below it. That what I did with my crisp themes and they are all working fine now.
