I just got the 9700 today, and I cannot get my service books. The bis site says "suspended"...

when I called back, they told me that they were open 24 hours, and now I CANNOT find a number that will get me through...

Another issue that I am having is that upon reboot, I get a msg that says "ME returned a temporary error...ok/back/cancel"
Any ideas on this??

ok...so, some iphone guys are having the same error message....they are experiencing problems with no data. I don't have that problem....but they are having to go and get a new sim from telus. another issue is that when it reboots, there is an icon which is identical to the bbm icon, but yellow. When I go to the app screen, it shows as an SMS, and when I go to SMS, it shows as a voice mail......which I do not have....... UGGHHHHH.....

I'm curious if they will follow suit with the vzw upgrade from S1 option. There was a lot of things I really liked about the S1. It was the typing and repeated screen/hardware issues I had that killed it for me.

It is not out at any of the store I called in Saskatoon or when I called around edmonton. None of the stores even have an arrival date. Must have called about 15 or 16 stores. Its only on the website for order, except saskatchewan and man
