Tour Trackball issues acknowledged by Telus

Well first BBOS got our hands on a leaked Verizon memo stating that the trackball issue on the 9630 was indeed a hardware problem, and not software related like some reps were claiming. Now thanks to member we now have another memo, this time from Telus. So for our Telus customers that may be experiencing this issue, looks like you have some light at the end of the tunnel.

RIM notified to Telus on August 19. So if your trackball ever acts up, you qualify for a swap without qstns asked!

Sorry to disappoint you, I might be wrong but for what I know there is no sign of Telus carrying the 9700. Next releases will be 9550, 9350, and Essex.
