Thread: New to telus -9550

Hey I just upgraded from a pearl to 9550 and moved to Telus so I am not sure if its the phone or telus. When I get an email with pictures they do not show up, only the text. When I had my pearl on sasktel it would show the pictures. Also almost all my emails are trunidcated. Why? And sometimes they won't "more all". Also I can't watch more than a few seconds of video before it quits. Is it the os or Telus.

Well it was the os. Loaded the new hydrid os and all is well.
