Telus HSPA and call quality.....
I picked up my new Bold yesterday. What a sweet phone! Wifi, trackpad, crazy battery life, the list goes on.....
After working through some service book issues with Telus, I finally have email working on my phone. The data speeds are incredible.
BUT, and this is a BIG BUT,
My phone calls are so garbled that I can barely, just barely make out what the other person is saying. Tech support says that this is due to the new network, and I am just going to have to deal with it while they sort out the problem. Ok...how long? I ask...
Minimum 2-3 weeks he tells me!
Does anybody else have this problem with a new HSPA device?
Do you guys think this is reasonable?
Input would be great here. I can't go 3 weeks barely being able to use my phone. I might as well just reactivate my Tour and use that until they sort out their issues.
