I have a bold 9000 that I'm using on Tmobile. I just updated the software and visual voicemail icon appeared. When I click on it says provisioning unsuccesful contact service provider. I have added VVM to my tmobile account, but I do not have the BIS account so the service books can't be pushed to my phone. If anyone has a backup that they could send me of their working VVM service book that would be great.
Someone else got theirs working using a bold 9700 backup service record.
