If you are a Tour owner with Sprint I have a special assignment for you
According to a source inside Sprint I talked with today, Sprint stores have been contacted by Blackberry regarding the Trackball issue on the Tour. According to my source if a customer does into the store with that issue, the Sprint employees are directed to call Blackberry and they will push a software patch to your phone to fix the issue. Anyone care to test this theory? I would love to know if this is correct or not.
