Palm pre welcome to the screen sucks club
So apparently there are a lot of Pre owners out there that are experiencing an issue when sliding the screen closed. What is happening is the screen stays lit up but the phone freezes, and then needs to be rebooted (sound familiar). Anyway notice how long the Pre takes to reboot in this video.

That is what I thought as well. I talked to a buddy at the flagship store here in idaho and he said three people have already come back with this issue :tapedshut:

holy crap, it crashes 9 times out of 10?! that's horrible. especially since opening and closing like that is a major function of the phone.
i would turn it all in for late nights and impossible dreams.

So in the 30 seconds it took it to reboot, it could reboot 5 times in the time the storm reboots... ha!
Oh the woes of a new phone......lol
