Wow. I know sometimes I've had issues with Sprint but no one told me my phone should not be used indoors anywhere. I can't believe you would be told that. What if it was raining out, or what if there was a blizzard? Phones are not always intended for outdoor use, in my opinion! I can't stand it when customer service gives people the run-around.
IMO AT&T has the best service.... I dropped them once because I wanted Sprint/Nextel for 2 way radio. It was a stupid decision on my part I know...lol Sprint would drop calls ALL the time so it was useless to me. I wanted out of contract early so I called and said I wasn't getting the service's I was paying for and that was that.....They let me drop them and back to AT&T I went and still there today.As for AT&T I have never gotten a run-around with customer service if there was an issue they told me.
I've had CellOne, Orange Israel, and Verizon. Currently with Verizon and they have been the best so far.
