Thread: Question for you members about the site colors

I need to know how the website looks for you. Right now, Im running 1024x768 and the the website nicely shows the background of the forums as a black fade into a blue As seen in this picture:

Does it look like that for everyone? Im hoping all or alot are using that resolution of 1024x768.

with my settings of 1440x900 it doesnt look good at all.

I'm using 1280 x 1024 and don't see much blue. the pic above is dead.

Over all, it looks decent, black and grey go well together. the blue that i do see is on the edge.
I think a little more of a fade into the screen would look good. right now it's about a quarter inch of blue on the left edge, nothing on the right.

I use 1280 x 800 It looks great to me I see the fade in on the left side

I just tried adjusting my screen too. I do see a fade, just not very much.

I think it would have a cooler look with a bit more of a fade

Mine is 1280 x 800 also. This is what I see.

I see what you see but I am not on my home PC, I am at work at lunch.

im also using 1280 x 1024 and the blue is kinda incorporated into the black. The colors match...it looks good, but im thinking maybe some lighter colors. Voicing my opinion.

I kinda like the contrasting colors as is now, but I'm sure it it will change 50 times before its finalized.

Well, im going back to the solid color until I can fix this problem of the making it fit to peoples resolutions.

wouldn't it auto adjust regardless of what they set for resolutions?

looks great to me.....1366x768 with google chrome

1440*900 in FF 3.0.8 theres no fade at all it goes black to blue with no fade

Theres no more fade because its different for everyone so Im going to just stick with a solid color.

looks good to me, i like the black, blue combo

I like the black/blue color as well. Maybe it's me, but I prefer darker colors. It makes things much easier to read for me and is very easy on the eyes.

1280X1024 and it looks fine. It is all black but thats ok for me.
