Ok so i logged in today and everything is centered in the forums, is this something new ?
I cleared everything on my IE thinking it might just have been bugged but nope still the same.

Really? Can you take a screenshot so I can see what you are talking about because everything is appearing fine for me.
This is an issue with IE8, try using another browser.
