Thread: Blackberry I.D. problem

Have a problem in that when I bought the Playbook 32GB, can't remember the original password for the I.D.

Wanted to change name as well,because it was spelled incorrectly BUT cannot find any way to do it. It seems from what I found that I am stuck with the name.

Can anyone help me?

Use a desktop computer to. Go to blackberry ids Page... Ur can get a link sent to ur email to change your password. From there you can enter the Site and change your name but...it isn't useful. Bbid will ask for username when loving on ur device..use your email as your username. I had the same problem earlier today.

You can allways do a security wipe.
