Laney I think on the wap server that the time is set to it so that everyone 'shares' that time on mobile... Probably from when it use to say 20 min ago instead of the real time... I could be wrong but i think that wap server needed that so that there were not 1500 different times...now that it has been changed either just overlooked or left for convience of operator
