I was just wondering if it was possible for you to have a place for people to put down what apps they are using under their user name. I would think this could help out alot. For instance if people are having certin problems on thier phone like memory loss, and the majority of people are using weather bug have the problem. Then mabye it might be weather bug. Another could be if the phone is running slow because a program is runing in the back ground like berrybuzz then maybe thats the problem. Just a idea for you guys and gals to think about.

you mean like a signature at the bottom of every post? we do have that and most members have it there

You can put your apps that your using in your signature, if that help you at all :-) hope it does

Well i was thinking of a field that said apps along with the signature field. so more people would think to put down the apps they are using.

I can create a field like that in your profile but it won't be viewable like your OS or PIN is.

Don't sound like a bad idea, as for me i will probably just put in my sig. when i get to it lol :-)

BUT i do think it would be cool to add Myspace and Facebook icons like where it shows your Yahoo or AIM address when you post something, that would be awesome :-)

well the point would be so every one can see it to help with process of ellimanation of problems. but if it cant be done its ok. just something i was thinking about while reading threads.

Technically it can be done but then it would have to appear where your other information appears, top right corner. If I put a field in there and if a user enters a lot of apps then it will make the information start in the middle of the screen rather then off to the side.

i think putting it in the profile part would be better cause that's gonna be a lot of clutter lol people have a lot of apps

smolwoy, that is a great suggestion but like blackberryos said we would have to take into consideration the logistics and the look of having that field, there are people that have tons of apps and it would throw the hold part on the side off but i am certain we will take your suggestion into consideration and see if we can get it to work somehow, we just have to take all the logistics and look of the forum into consideration.

I think it's better in your sig, throw the rest in your profile.
