New feature for BlackberryOS
We have opened up our Member Support section.
What is Member Support?
If you are experiencing any problems while on BlackberryOS or if you have any questions or the real big one. If you have signed up for V.I.P Membership and your account was not switched over, you come into the Member Support and open a thread and let us know your problem or question.
Inside the Member Support, you can only see YOUR threads that you have created. You can not see any others. The only people who can see your thread(s) are members of the BlackberryOS team. This will help with the mass amounts of PM's that are received by Team Members. The Team Members will help you out when our Member Support Team is not available.
You can also contact BlackberryOS Member Support via Skype. You can message them or you can call them. Skype name is BlackberryOS.Support take note there is a dot between BlackberryOS and Support. You can also contact them via e-mail at Support@BlackberryOS.com. We hope this helps the members out in the long run.
