When is Rogers going to get off their ass and officially release OS 7.1 for this device? The downside of using another carriers version OS software (deleted vendor VXL file) is that it is not compatable with the Blackberry Desktop software on your device and therefore syncs are not possible.

Make sure you have the latest Desktop Manager downloaded and also make sure that any earlier version has been deleted. Once you have the latest software downloaded, or if you already have the latest software downloaded, let us know and we'll keep digging to get you going with a totally working device.
