Yes you can.
You can get any OS, either leaked or official release, from here. You can install the OS you select by using our how-to instructions located here. Take the time to read through the how-to a few times to become comfortable with the steps. If you are upgrading an OS6 or OS7 device, there is no need to wipe your device as outlined in step 3 if you are not comfortable wiping your phone.
