Thread: Blackberry 9550 storm 2 - Network Problem

I have an unlocked Blackberry Storm 2 9550(Verizon).I live in India. I am using BSNL SIM.

I am getting no service provider, permitted only SOS calls. My phone is not being registered on BSNL network nor on Blackberry server.


PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Hello Amit,

Are you sure that you have signed a contract with your service provider for a BlackBerry Data Plan?

Try this...

1) From your dial pad type ##000000 and push SEND.
2) On the first line erase what is there and type your phone number including area code.
3) Also add the your phone number to the second line as well. Mobile Directory Number: Add you phone # here
4) Push BB Button and save.
