My playbooks cameras are not working

Both the cameras are not working rear camera says error.4003 picture and front facing camera says other application is using the camera I must switch it off but I have no Apps running and I have done a security wipe and reinstalled the OS still no changes, I'm freaking out now pissed with this playbook and no1 is helping on all the forums.

If its hardware would it be saying error? Or it can happen to be the OS is faulty or something? Many ppl have this problem any1 who managed to fix his or hers or came across this and was fixed? If its the OS how should I know and how to fix it please ppl help me here

Form everything I've read about this issue, it's a hardware glitch and the best solution is to call RIM and try to get it fixed. Because it's a known problem, they are fixing it even out of warranty. Good luck my friend!

Sam thing happen to mine, I called, shipped it back, they fixed it. It was almost one year old at the time. No charge.
