Loading movies on to playbook os 2.1

Hi I have converted movies to mp4 and downloaded from my PC to PB. All well and good.
The problem comes when I download a second movie. On checking the download I find it there but the first movie has been removed.
If I download a third movie the the second one is replaced by the third one.
I can go on repeating this and the result is I can only have 1 movie on the PB at any time.
I have the 64gb version and there is approximatel 50 gb of free memory.
What can I do to stop this constant replacement of the existing movie so that I can store 4 or 5 movies on the device.

Wow! I've never come across this issue...ever. When you download the second one, is there any dialogue that says "move" or replace? Could it be that you are adding movies together, like putting them all under one file/name? Are you downloading by dragging and dropping them into the Playbook video file itself? How are you transferring movies?

Please explain your steps one by one. There has got to be a simple solution for this aggravating issue!
    BB then, now, forever!

    Thanks for your reply.
The situation has changed since I started this thread but to go back.
I converted movies to mp4, previously ripped and burnt onto DVD-R, using WIN DVD ripper and saved them on PC in video folder.
I synced a mp4 movie file to the playbook via PB desktop software.
I repeated all the above steps the next day and the first movie was rerplaced by the 2nd movie and so it went on for 2 more attempts.
Only the last synced movie being on the PB.

I thought to try try and load 2 movies at the sasme time BUT this time before I pressed sync, a pop up stated searching for updates
    then downloadin updates.
I went ahead and synced both movies and both appeared on the PB. since then I have added a therd movie which is also on the PB. So it seems there was an update to the video software which solved the problem.

    One other problem
The files on my PC have been re-titled to the titles of the film but the titles on the PB appear as DVD_VIDEO_ and SONATA_VOLUME SONATA etc. I cant see how to change these titles. I have tried using desktop software to no avail.

You can take a look at Mp3tag - the universal Tag Editor (ID3v2, MP4, OGG, FLAC, ...) some people have had success with it.

Skip the whole Desktop Manager process and just drag and drop the movies into your video file without it.
