As stated... my PB plays those file formats. The only thing I can think of that might be a problem is if the file originally contained an AC3 audio track (DD or DTS). The PB cannot decode AC3.

That converted mentioned might convert the audio from AC3 to mp3\pcm so it might then work - but I see no mention of that.

Handbrake will do a great job as well.
