Your IP address is 169.254.1.5 which is incorrect, it should be 169.254.0.1
Also, make sure your password is exactly the same.
Let me know what happens when you correct this.

yeah, I changed it from the default in an attempt to try to resolve the problem. It's now the default 169.254.0.1, the password is correct and I still have the same problem.
I would like to update everyone on that the Java download for Windows OS platform is now
Version 6 Update 31, which can be downloaded below;
Java download - Windows Online 11MB
Java download - Windows Offline 16.1MB
After installing Java, restart your browser andverify Java has been installed correctly.

yup, still the proper IP and still the same problem. Is there a way to reset the password on the playbook?
A new password didn't help.
