Sorry, doesn't work for me! I've held the On button for as long as 30 seconds to turn it on. Just bought two days ago. Back to Staples!

To turn on, you do not want to hold the button down. Try just pushing the button quickly and fully.

The battery also may be out of charge - the charge won't last in the demo model forever. Plug it in and wait for a little while, then try again?

Perseverance paid off! I just press the on button with my fingernail for about 10 seconds until the red light comes on. In actual fact, I now leave it on standby and recharge every 2 or 3 days.

    Excellent

I only charge mine every 2-3 days after a significant amount of use. I try not to let it get to the point where it runs out of power - the few times I have, I've had to let it charge for 5 minutes before pressing the power button.

I've also found that it charges faster with WiFi and Bluetooth off as well

Mine won't turn on at all!! Get a red light when I plug it in to charge and it fades away after a few seconds. What do I try next??
    Thanks
