    Please people help me out also here, my playbook doesn't show on my PC's Computer window, 2. It also doesn't connect with desktop software, it say BB Desktop software cannot communicate with the connected device and says troubleshoot connection, have done all I can I need serious help people

    dear!
    i have reset my playbook, and after all, there no problem. the only blem is that there is no apps after reseting my playbook, need help

    complete the OS upgrade

    That happened with me, i wiped the Playbook and once restarted came with browser only. then after completing the upgrade all come back to normal.
