I managed today to install WhatsApp on my Z10 using DDBPInstaller. Everything went well until the end when it was unable to connect with my contacts.
One of my contacts sent me a test message, Picture and Video. I was able to receive and review everything with exception of the Video. I could see his profile picture and his telephone number but not his name!
Can someone direct me what to do?
Unfortunately since this app has been sideloaded there is not much that can be done to fix it. Hopefully someone will find a workaround or the next update will fix it.
Has there been anymore news on when the app will be released for OS 10? The sideloaded version is driving me up the wall; as documented contacts are not sync'd , but I'm also having issues with switching between windows within the app, as the menu option disappeared?! Have to close the app and reopen to get back to the main screen, just wondering whether anybody else has experienced this?
