Post Retro Run: Car Racing Review For The BlackBerry PlayBook

Do you feel the Need for Speed? Do you want to get your Adrenaline pumping and feel the Heat? Do you want to be the Most Wanted criminal there ever was? If so, then take on the role of Max, the Most Wanted criminal who’s just bought a stolen car. Get your Adrenaline going and pacify your Need for Speed as he sets out with his friend Afro to try this beauty and race on route 66. Don't you just love that new car feeling and the urge to race especially when it's not yours?

AM Studios has brought over Retro Run: Car Racing to the BlackBerry PlayBook bringing a fast pace tilt control racing game. In Retro Run you control your vehicle by tilting your BlackBerry PlayBook, left and right. On screen is a FIRE button which pressing and targeting vehicles ahead will destroy them, possibly leaving items to pick up. Several power ups are collectable thorughout the game including Delorean , which makes your vehicle hover like the Back To The Future Delorean.

you collect coins throughout the game to improve your car's defense and offense. You may also purchase coins in the game ranging at different prices. For a price tag of $0.00 is well worth downloading, providing you with some fast pace, intense game play, and a nice 60s feeling graphic. The only issue I have had with the game is sometimes it has slow down glitches, which could easily put you off your game. But as I said for free, it won't bother people too much.

Some times retro games are quite a fun. I often get my hands laid off of nfs in my playbook and run some classic games like Mario and road rash. They were exciting too..but were a little downsider on the graphics point of view.
