    musical creation with PlayBook?

Musical creation with files of imported sounds or with the catches of sounds of PlayBook?

What application can allow to make assemblages of files sounds on PlayBook? I search an application which resembles GarageBand, Cubase or Ardour (Linux). I'll buy a tablet. Thank you for announcing me your experience.

Hey de Leurg, I'm a musician myself and use Cubase all the time.

The only program I'm aware of on the PlayBook that this similar to what you are talking about is one called Caustic 2.... Buy Caustic 2 - Download Caustic 2 - Buy Apps from BlackBerry App World

With this program you can save your songs, as well as exporting to WAV, Ogg and MIDI.

As far as apps that support external instrument recording, the PlayBook doesn't have any yet that I know of. When I was at BlackBerry World Conference this last May I went to a press session to ask about this. I don't think RIM realizes just how big of a community there is out there that would love more DAW apps.

Thanks a lot for your answer, JO, and your link towards Caustic 2. It edits in Wav also.
I would like to write under soundtrack which marches and fix words or syllables, under soundtrack, where I want. Then, make march this.
Write towards people, that's BlackBerry smartphones.
I succeed in writing a rough draft of play (theater) with 9360, short play, fourth rough draft. It is to laugh, it is not important, to write text and music, but the rest imports me little . I have to place these words in the time of the soundtrack which I shall assemble. Sounds hit, wearing, supports words, words carrying sounds. I do not know about what will be made the sound material.
I dream of a mini "Audio Sculpt 2.9" ( IRCAM) or "IRCAM Prepared piano-UVI" to make of the melodrama (in the classic sense in French music, it is not the song but that will look like a distant slam pushed in the musing). That makes a few years that I read and learn texts outside, on paths(ways). Yet, for 6 years I tinker sounds ( sound fictions) at the house, with Marantz PMD620 recorders > Macbook. Now I am a father, and I can make something only when I am alone and outdoors. The apartment is small thus I have to go out. The habit is begun to make outside. Well, I explained to you.
    Chaleureusement.

*(The digital books will farther go no than to make the stupid copy of the pages of a book. I am sure that the polices of writing will soon lead in e-mails or BBM, for example, with small applications (example: a "i look at you" which skip or which appears then disappears) with more or less from beauty, from magic.
Then these polices of writing will be livened up(led) by locating(localizing) with the second camera the place of the text where looks the reader; the text will be livened up according to the glance of the reader (example: arrived in the middle of the page the words preceding the glance collapse powder of letter and the readable continuation begins growing green). All this gets ready, wishes)
    Regards.
