    Have you extracted all the files to a folder on your PC? I would recommend to extract it to e.g. c:\temp then open the run/command...go to the temp folder (cd temp) and run the .bat file from there...

    I extracted them to my desktop (that way I knew I could find them). Then I double clicked on the .bat file- as per the instructions here (and the readme file included with the file). It brought up the cmd window, but continues to just say

    Seems like he's the best bet! I wish I was more knowledgeable about this stuff. I certainly appreciate the help everyone gives on this site. I don't know what I would do without it!
