    Can't Synch With Outlook 2010

    Have newest version of Blackberry Manager. Process starts, then get Error 0x836000b. Can't find error code explanation anywhere on web. Please help!

    Hello Peter, and welcome to

    From what I've read regarding BlackBerry Desktop Manager for PC, latest version 6.1, and Microsoft Office Outlook 2010, the requirements are to have the latest DM, and have Office Outlook 2010 installed, and setup properly before attempting to sync your BlackBerry Bold 9930 with BlackBerry Desktop Manager v6.1.

    If you have done that, try rebooting your Windows PC, start up Desktop Manager, plug in your Bold 9930, then go to the Organizer tab on Desktop Manager.

    You will see Select Organizer Data to Synchronize, properly configure every one of them, which are, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, and Memos.

    Once your synchronize settings are completed, attempt to sync your data again...it will now work.

    Note: Microsoft Outlook 2010 is not supported by BlackBerry Desktop Manager 5.0.1. and below.
