I fi had to gue. they needed the PIN number. we activated with a code...then it's like a "burst" just hit send to all activated PIN's. Either way its still very cool

Man, a waiting room always opens up for the 9530's! Wish we had someone from the 9500 world leaking OSes at the same frequency! We only get official versions of 4.7!!!!

Hey bro, I just discovered that I am not able to use my BT w/music. I cannot even delete one of my headsests. Am actually getting irritated with the white screen issue. I wanted your opinion w the infamous v8.5 w/.151 OS. It worked flawlessly w/my storm and "ALL" my apps worked and NO white screen issue. Can you refresh my memory w/the obvious features of that OS again..Like flick scroll, thread sms..etc..I may be going back to that

It does exist and confirmed to be in vzw testing...but unfortunately it's so out of everyone's reach....Those vzw leakers are hiding

well if this version is going to possibly be an offical release of 5.0 for the storm wont other carriers possibly be testing it? and could have a sooner release date than verizon?

You're right I never thought about that because VZW are usally the last to release the official OS's (if I'm not mistaken)

May be...or shortly after. I am pretty positive vzw wants to snatch as much $ off storm2 before making people happy with storm1.

I can't agree with you more, however the amount of time we spent on leaks and hybrids we all should be do for upgrades now

I still maintain my position that the S2 launch will NOT affect the release of 5.0 for the S1 in any way, shape, or form. VZW is testing it, once it passes (if it passes) it will be released.

VZW already has WAY too many enterprise customers running the S1 on a BES infrastructure, and many of the enterprise customers have gone with BES 5.0. - and to fully utilize ALL of the policy settings in 5.0; a corresponding device OS is necessary. Thus, many enterprise customers are currently not getting everything they are paying for. VZW is not going to delay an OS release for an older device with established enterprise customers in favor of a new device.

So this is my position, and i'm stickin' to it.....
