hey guys,
just wondering..does anyone have a clue when RIM is gonna update their BBmaps with Australian Maps just like the US?
i've been waiting for over a year now and it just seems like they've forgotten about us...
i do use google maps but i'd prefer to have my maps running on BBMaps since it has turn to turn notices and stuff and have one less program running on my addictive personal assistant....

it costs money to add map data for new regions and I guess they had to wait till the number of blackberries in Australia justified it....
tried it..not compatible with 9500...i dont like the look of the interface neither...i'll just stick with the Google Maps for now and wait for the BBMAPS for Australia...thanx guys for the effort....looking forward to itQuote:
